It's a good concept: download the pages you want to check out later when you're offline. WebCopier is a mix between a browser and a download manager. When I tested it I was fairly disappointed. It's really slow and clutters your PC with files for all the different elements you find on a page (images, links...) The interface also turned me off: the buttons aren't clear, there's loads of pop ups appearing at the start.

Best:

Downloads images, links, styles and documents

Worst:

Cluttered interface
Sluggish when browsing and downloading
